Are they using better shirts now, or still Gillidan (sp?)?

Looks great! I would buy one. I would like to see a row of solid rubber (slick tread/"summer performance tire" style)

It's various racing treads- snow, off road, rally, wet f1 and moto gp, vintage f1 and motr gp

It's a brand of cheap shirts that a lot of shirt printing companies use. They have thicker collars and have a 80's fitment. The first and only shirt I bought from them was that brand and fits like my old mans shirts. So I haven't bought anything else. I figured after enough complaints they would eventually use a different brand.

We had one but it didn't look as good as the others. If you have one you'd like to see add a picture and I can try it out

Ok, no worries, this looks good! I just meant that one of the stripes should have no treads...

Gildan is the correct spelling.

I like it!

That said, and probably difficult or not feasible, would be to add a curved tread/streak on one of the sleeves - I'm thinking left - to symbolize oversteer, drifting, etc.

nope, they are really nice and soft...I have maybe 9. But I don't like their love of subarus or this tire pattern. But that is why I love blip shift shirts...something for every one!!!

Yay! I will give them another try once I see another design I like.

Not a bad idea but they have a 14x12 limiting rectangle that we can use to print.

That's what I figured. I have acquaintances within shirt design companies (local and national; shirt.woot's original office was nearby me before they moved) and I know what a PITA and logistical problem it can be printing any part other than the large flat panels.

the kid that helped with the layout has an old roommate with a Silk screen print machine. We had considered going that way but it was expensive and time consuming
