... I still LOVE american V8s... I can't help it... That torque, you can't find it anywhere else for that cheap. So I found this:

It's utterly unoriginal as I used to own a slow ass V6 from the same year and had TONS of fun with it, tracking it regulary and scaring my beloved girlfriend at the time (now wife), trying to show her what it was to drive on a track...
Anyway, I LOVE this car, but I'm in Japan and I want to experience something different... but at this price... I could just go there and buy it cash.
Why don't I do it?
Resale value. Here this thing is worth NOTHING. This car has been on sale for MONTHS at 7000$ and nobody bought it. They just lowered the price to something REALLY low.
Insurance. It's a left hand drive car, in a RHD country... Not exactly practical everyday either. They don't have small roads that require passing here though...
So, should I follow my instinct and discover something different in a different country, or should I follow my instinct and buy this good ol' V8 I love so much and play with it in the mountains?
I don' know... I'm really torn appart right now... 500.000yen is REALLY freaking cheap for a Cobra lol...

Do it. Gas will be killer, but you could always ship it back to Canada when you're done!

You have a very good looking wife I can see why you married her. That was hilarious to watch I felt bad for her at times there was one spot in peculiar where she looked scared out of her mind.
