Nokia Lumia 635.

This one isnt even the highest end model, the Nokia phones now generally have good cameras.

Yeah my father had a better version, and got a case that connects to the charger at the bottom, and gives it flash capability and stuff, really cool, but like most phones, these cameras are bottlenecked by the lens.
