Yup, that's pretty how much I remember it. All grainy and poor quality colors.

83 for me. Yes this is exactly how the 80's were. They were glorious times when even the pop music was tolerable. Pop up headlights, louvers and car companies trying to turbo all the things. We must go back.

When else are you gonna see Rover SD1 in a music video? Some of the best songs came from the 80's.

car companies trying to turbo all the things.

...and intercool them. You'd have thought they'd have had a band called Johnny Turbo and the Intercoolers....

Those guys shat extra muscles. My whole body doesn't have as much muscle as one of their legs.

And yeah, totally dorky and corduroy and acetate shirts and ... 80's. I'm glad they're over but I'm also glad I got to see them. Is that bad?

I was 16 in 1986, and that was not typical at all.

Those guys were hacks.

Not enough break dancing. Seriously. EVERYTHING had break dancing in it. Even in a video from Billy Joel's 1950s themed album Innocent Man had a random moment (@2:30) of popping and locking in it.

You couldn't avoid it.
