Mighta been custom. Letters were so faded I could barely read it, also s'why there's no dashcam still image of it. No amount of "enhance, enhance, enhance" made it legible.

Ah, I forgot about those cheap AutoZone things.
I found the worst plate on the way to work this morning. A white Lexus ES with Wisconsin plates: NJ SHORE.
