I need to do some things to my car while I save for the big upgrades (Looking at you, STI 6 Speed swap).
Looking at some cheaper stuff for now just to keep me busy!
Sports Grille + Bumper:
The grille is a little easier to come by, and cheaper obviously but if I find both that'd be super!
Sport tails:
This needs to happen soon haha, they really tie in well with a black car
Mud flaps? Not sure about these, big "Bro" upgrade especially since my car is more or less a street car now.
Vinyl wrap projects? Give me ideas. I want to do the whole car pretty badly.

Only put the mudflaps on in the winter, you'll avoid the bro status (at least in my book anyway).
Then STi swap. DO IT NAOW

Mudflaps do protect the paint around the wheel well from any road debris that gets launched backwards by the wheels.

wrap interior trim, it's pretty easy.
Then mirrors, roof if you want to.
HFV has no HFV. But somehow has 2 motorcycles

Those black taillights are sooo much better.

I agree with Senor Silvestro. Do mudflaps in the winter and don't get a color that contrasts the body. Maybe do some other winterizing parts if your winters can be troublesome.
What's the story behind the Sport bumper/tails? Coworker has the bumper but it's not an XT so was it an option? Either way, it looks awesome and you should get them.

They made non-XT sports and XT Sports as well as non-Sport XT's and non sports X's.
So the bumpers, tails, and grille, is an optional package.

I've got the stock molded flaps that do OK. But the big flaps are a big bro upgrade haha. They are actually useful though.

Keeping my eyes peeled though, hopefully I can get everything in one go (trans, diff, brakes, suspension)

That would be a great score. Good luck! I'm sure there's a bunch of tools about to get overconfident in the snow with their STis and crash them.
