I'm pretty set on what I want to do already, but I'm curious how you guys feel. It's very much car related.
So, I used to have a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT. Manual. Almost the holy trifecta, but not the wagon. It was a pretty nice car after it was all fixed. It's this one pictures below.
I traded the Legacy GT to a kid who recently had a baby. Therefore, his S2000 wasn't really feasible for him. I won't give you the numbers, but I really took advantage of him in that deal. This was bad in May.
Fast forward now to December, and I've received an email. He's curious if I'd be interested in trading back. He's now added a [new turbo vf52 upgrade $1300, up pipe $250 an down pipe $275 an access port v3 $650 now] That portion is straight from the email. I haven't a clue if those values are right.
The idea of having the convertible for the summer then the Subaru for the winter is intriguing, but I already know that my S2000 will worth much more when spring comes. However, I'm curious your opinions.
Here's my S2000 for those who aren't familiar. I've ton plenty of bitching about it.

hold onto S2000 for a few more months
sell for profit

It'll be for profit either way. I bought the Legacy for very little, fixed it, then traded for the S2000. But, that's pretty much my thought; It'll be worth more come springtime.
Someone's supposed to come this weekend to buy it, but now apparently the buyer for his car backed out so he can't buy mine.
It is the unsellable car.

I feel as if it'll be hard to sell the Subaru in the future because it'll be the spring time, plus it's MODIFIED, which scares some people.

Yup, unless I sell it in December.
And, I'd still have to ask if he kept all my original shit. I traded him that car when it was completely stock and fresh. Then, I could just sell all the parts seperately.

Yeah, I wouldn't do it if he didn't keep the stock stuff. I have a feeling it's easier to sell a stock S2000 in the spring than a modified Subaru any time in the year.

Yeah, maybe if he had the parts and gave me a grand or two. But then I'd rather just sell the Honda and move on.
Maybe, just maybe, I'd be able to find an STi.

Yeah, I wouldn't go through the trouble if you're selling the Honda anyway. Best to just keep it simple.
OR GET AN AWESOME STi
