I doubt I'd make it more than a mile or two before I wrecked it lol. What kind of engine could that have? It looks like the steering/suspension takes most of what would be the engine bay.

Most trucks of this type have medium sized two-strokes, probably around 20-40hp.

The Daihatsu above may have the 1500 cc engine, while the Mazda below had four cylinder engines of 1500 to 2000 cc.

That actually looks like its in pretty decent condition. Don't know how rare it is, but given how tough Japan is on old vehicles, there can't be that many of those Daihatsus left at all.
