For starters, an individual's age is not a determinate of whether they are a good driver or not. There are plenty of individuals of an advanced age who exhibit poor driving habits. In addition, your creative word choice in the Twitter post leads me to believe that jealousy, not rational thinking, is influencing your judgement of this situation.

Based off of the context of this phrase's use, I'm assuming you're conveying the fact that you are in fact not jealous.
Anyway, I do not want to see this vehicle wrecked either but to assume it will be just because of her age is misguided in my opinion. How do you know that she isn't a car enthusiast and that this isn't her dream car? Also, do you know that she hasn't already attended an advanced drivers training program? My point is, don't make snap judgements and don't shoot your mouth off unless you know all the facts, especially in public.
Personally, I'm happy that this young lady was able to receive such a special car on her special day and I honestly hope that she drives it quite often and enjoys it immensely.

Well usually 16yr olds don't have all the necessary experience to handle that car. Hell it's an awesome Dream Car to have for sure but at least give her something like a 458 before the 599 GTO the 458 isn't as special as the 599 GTO but is just as capable.
I hope they gave her a performance school before turning her loose with it.

Well, what you aren't considering is that maybe she isn't a normal 16 year old. Concerning your point of giving her a 458, if the 599 GTO is her dream car then how capable the vehicle is, is probably not at the top of her priorities.
Why do you have this perception that all teens are going to go wild and crash their cars?

I do see an issue with it... no 16 year should be allowed to have that. it's a danger to everyone else on the road. Kids are dumb, it's just the way it is.

Unless they took her to like a Racing School to learn to dive the thing. It's gonna die. Not her the car.
