So I've been thinking of a few improvements to the car I may make at some point.
Thoughts on blacking out part of the front fascia?
Before:
Shitty MS Paint After:
(not my exact car, as I don't have yellow fogs).
I'm also heavily debating on getting stock wheels powder coated a gun-metal like color.

Yeah, I was thinking of doing that to my FiestaST too. That chrome'd FiestaST on the internet is dope.

It was my best bet. Black is cool but shows dirt like crazy, white is boring, silver is boring, red is a bit tooo much despite being my favorite color, and the orange is pricey.
Blue was the best of having some color without screaming out too much. Perfect choice IMO!
Plus the car looks great in blue.

Blue is the best colour. In the right light it looks amazing. Black is great too but unless you have a good ceramic coating on and religiously maintain it from swirls, marring and spiders legs it can become dull and eventually flat. You could use a resin filler polish and a glaze or a filling wax but that is only masking the issue.
It took these a year ago after a full clean of both.
