FTFY. Also, why would one want a Fit sedan? Their beauty is in the amazing amount of utility they shove into a tiny package, which is all to do with the hatch and rear seat design.

The new fit 4-door would be as big as the old civic was, with the civic being as big as the accord was small. Selling this in the U.S. would mean the BMW-fication of their lineup.
Minus the fun and interesting stuff they put in BMWs of course.

True, model bloat is endemic to the industry. It's just that Honda has provided a very recent, notable example of this progressive growth.
Honda has kept the Civic and the Accord around long enough to see the slow progression of changes over the generations, without a complete reinvention of the marques (at least here in the States). So we've seen the Fit take the place in the lineup that was once occupied by the Civic, the Civic move up to replace the Accord, and the Accord turn into a full-sized car, where once it was a mid-size.
Domestic brands tend to build a model until it's no longer popular, let that marque die when they introduce another similarly-sized model, then reinvent the marque years down the road. Look at the Chevy Malibu, for example, or the Dodge Dart. So you see the same thing happen, but it comes in fits and starts.

They sell this as the "City" in India...
Honda stopped selling the Jazz (Fit) Accord and Civic in India because they didnt sell as much and/or have a low margin thats no longer sustainable.
Instead, they peddle versions of the "Brio" - in hatch, sedan and station-wagon/van crossover form. Im severely disappointment. The whole line-up is ridiculously tacky.

The Grace is basically just a hybrid variant of the City that's already sold in a bunch of markets. So, it should be 175 inches long on a 100 inch wheelbase.
That makes it pretty much the exact same size as a 1992 Civic sedan, +2 inches in length, -3 inches in wheelbase.

I'd say yes, Honda's Mexican plant will build a B segment sedan, soon, and I doubt that they will waste money to redesign a new car, just for North America.
