It's always a good sign when the current owner has to use a piece of lumber to prevent the vehicle from rolling away...

I smell a wife/girlfriend who said "turn those 5 old hulks into one functioning vehicle or get rid of them, or I'm out of here."

That is ... confusing. My guess is that it's more likely they'd have to pay someone to take it away. I can't quite tell what I'd get.

You'd get a flat black (likely spray paint) paint job that's only 2 years old? Also glued on hood scoops.

I also noticed that all the pictures except for the head on shot are passenger side shots. I'm thinking it was hit on the drivers side and the drivers side door doesn't open.

This is why I am such a fan of cars that are stock - no modifications. You know what you're getting.

I've never bought a modified car.

Nor have I ... unless you count an 88 wagon (full wood, of course) with an aftermarket sunroof. That leaked a bit.

I had a 95 GS300 with a sunroof. It would leak if it were parked level or slightly lower towards the front. The water wouldn't leak while it was raining. It would wait until you back out of the driveway at 6 AM and it's only a little above freezing and then pour on your head. No need for coffee.

I found out later that there are drains in the A-pillars that need to be blown out with compressed air once in a while.
