As described here:

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

I've got a bunch of DeWalt 18V batteries that barely hold a charge and I don't really want to spend the $$ to replace them at this point.

So I'm thinking about firing up the Miller and introducing the batteries to DOCTOR WATTS .

Anybody tried it?

I haven't but I know there's a risk of batteries blowing up

Yeah, that's why I was asking beforehand. I'd use full gear and a heavy welding blanket if I decide to try it.

I did 2 DeWalt 12v batteries. They worked good for about 6-9 months and then slowly died again. Put alligator clips on the battery terminals and zap the clips so you don't mess up the battery contacts. Now I take dead/dying batts to Interstate Batteries place. $30-$35 to rebuild them with new cells.
