I am planning to get the ASUS GTX 760 MARS since it is now just $400 (for GTX TITAN performance!).
Anyway I don't know if this card will work with my PC.

Isn't there one of those sites that you can put in parts to see if they're compatible?
I think the big thing is if you're mobo is compatible but with a gtx card in there already wouldn't it still work as long as there's room?

Do you have a large enough power supply?

It plugs into the same slot as your 645.
The most important thing is your power supply. The GPU eats 300 watts all on its own. You'll need at the minimum a 600-750 watt power supply with two PCI-Express 8-pin power connectors.
If your power supply can't handle that, you'll need to upgrade. Considering the rest of the build, I'd recommend an EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2. EVGA sells a 750 G2 and a 750 B2 - the B2 is the one you want.

I'm planning to go with a 750w.

Is the 750 B2 pretty large since my case can barely fit the card.

It's almost the same size as your current power supply - it's just a half inch longer.
