Group chats. Specifically ones that include people who don't have iPhones. Groups chats from iPhone to iPhone are okay, but when a green bubble friend comes into play all hell breaks loose. On a more greatful note, I got a case for my iPhone 6, after nearly two kings of ownership. :)

I'm not really keen on iMessage in general, to be honest. I suppose this is probably more of an issue here in Europe, where Apple devices have a significantly smaller share of the market, but unless your friends and family are almost exclusively Apple device users, it's just utterly useless.
I wouldn't mind, but it's really annoying to have the Messages icon stuck there in my iPad's share menu - I don't mind the homescreen icon so much, as I've shoved it in the 'Apple Crap I Never Use' folder, at the end of my final homescreen - when I know I'm never, ever going to use it for anything. The same applies to 'Mail'.
