I need a part for the Volvo and I'm not sure which one it exactly is... I know you found some parts diagrams before for my car and I was wondering if you could do it again. The part I'm looking for is the little bushing that goes where the shift linkage attaches to the shift arm thing on the side of the transmission. Car details are '85 244GL with an AW70 and B230F in it.

Should be called a shifter linkage bushing. I would suggest seeing if there's anyone that sells solid shifter bushings for that car. I have solid polyurethane shifter bushings in my Neon, and they made a massive difference in the car. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner.

I assume you're talking about shifter bushings for a manual transmission, the one I'm looking for is just for the gear selector linkage on an automatic. The issue I'm having is that there are 3 different ones and they differ by year, so a diagram would be awesome so that I can make sure I'm getting the right part number.

The VIN is YV1AX8847F1125905.
Thanks for looking it up and all, the diagrams I found look like each bushing is a different part number, but they were from the wrong year so that might be it.

It's the best worst decision I've made in a while. The shocks/struts are already blown so we're just gonna cut a few coils out the whole way around and see what happens.

I will definitely post after pics. I think I'm going to go for the douchiest slammed look I can with this car. Anyone have any knock off bbs's they want to unload? hahaha

For realsies? I even took a picture to make sure I got it right. Well anyways I'm pretty sure the part I need is the 43 one you have clicked, although 47 might be missing as well, actually I'm pretty sure both are. Any which way, they could both use being replaced... are they parts that are gonna hurt my right in the wallet to replace?

i think they are like $6 here. The part number is on the image so you can check online, most likely cheaper. You'll fight a little to get them on but not to bad
