Brother complains that crap car breaks down a lot. Seriously, you have two gearhead brothers ready to give you car advice, and you go ahead and buy a CNG Cavalier because you assume that the gas savings will be worth it.
Have a DeLorean.

They had bolt-on conversions for Cavaliers and a few other economy models. It actually runs on either gasoline or CNG, so that's cool I guess...

I would not trust any cavalier as far as I could throw it. I owned a regular gas cav for a year and a half. Biggest piece of shit out there.

That's why when I was looking for a dual fuel car on the Internets, I made sure it was a factory conversion...

If he buys it new, the old school 'alternative fuel' rebates could be obscene. Businesses used to buy Ford Cab-over trucks that were CNG and the federal rebate made the truck almost free. I'll have to find the article. People get all wound up about the electric car rebates, they were nothing compared to the CNG antics. I'm not sure if those rebates still exist.

Haha, this is a car that hasn't been made in 9 years. It is very much used.
