These games are all on PC, unless otherwise stated
Borderlands: The Pre: Sequel
The Crew
Assetto Corsa
Wreckfest (Next car game)
Spintires
GTA V
Project CARS
Just Cause 3
Titanfall
Far Cry 4
Wolfenstein : New Order
Watch_Dogs
Sleeping Dogs
Oh yeah, That's alotta games, I usually only buy one or two a year. Like 90% of these games you need to use a car at some point. It might get boring after a while.

Titanfall?

Yup. I wouldn't mind trying it.

You get to play as animals as an Easter egg.

Also, I'd recommend against Far Cry 4 at the moment. It has forced mouse acceleration and FPS drops like a mofo for no reason. If they fix these things, it's awesome.

Well, the game just came out, there's a while to get it fixed.

Project Hon? I've heard bad things about Titanfall (big Armored Core fan here), but that looks to be promising.
Also, Metal Gear Solid V! They're releasing it on PC now too! They added vehicle driving capabilities and they're not half bad, from what I've played on Ground Zeroes.

I forgot! MGS V was a hyped one for me.

I've got Watch Dogs on Xbone. It is phenomenal. I've played for hours and only done a couple of missions because there is so much side stuff to do. It's not really a driving game, but it is pretty entertaining because you can drive just about everything you see.
