We need an SUV smaller than the Tahoe but more SUV like than the Traverse. Thus we need the Colorado-based Trailblazer.

Just put the front end on it from the North American Colorado on it and call it good.

They could even make a new GMC Envoy out of it... Holy shit idea; make it an exclusive model to GMC! They need their own exclusive model.

Do you know what the take rate for a V8 truck based on a car chassis would be over here? My guess is even less than the take rate for the SS. Because the people who want one, aka enthusiasts, won't actually buy one.

I think the Granite hatch would actually sell pretty decently. And GMC needs something smaller than the Terrain.

I didn't realize 420 horsepower, a manual, and MagRide was dumbed down.

As for a supercharged version...

Unless of course that's a one powered by an LS7.

Ha. Let me clarify... I was only referring to the looks of the SS. As far as performance, it's just as good as anything else on the market, but the fact that it's so easily confused for a Malibu is enough to keep me from buying one. I'm not crazy about the GTS either, but it's certainly a step in the right direction.

P.S. I do love the styling of the G8 GXP.
