Charleston, SC floods all the time because a lot of the peninsula is below sea level and it rains all the time there, so whenever it flooded last year my buddy and I would drive around in my Jeep to try to find the most flooded street possible and drive people around/charge them like a taxi. Oh, you need to get to King St? That's gonna be $10. It was an absolute blast, and pretty lucrative too.
