Shop-vac pretty much all the fabric with a 4 inch wide attachment and use the round thing with bristles to do all the other surfaces and then use Arm and Hammer whips for just warm water and paper towel to do the rest.

Sometimes borrow a carpet steamer to do all the interior!

303 Aerospace for dash and door panel, plastics etc. Don't use armor-all since it dries the plastic out. I use tuff stuff to clean carpets and plastics as well. Any leather conditioner will do the job for me, the wipes aren't that great.

Take it to a good detailing shop and pay them $100 - $200.

those should be rebranded for everyday use. I use then everywhere all the time. same product just stuck a picture of a car's ass instead of a baby, bam, profit. put a picture of a fridge, bam profit. people would be buying them in bulk

if I am going deep I will pull all the seats and work from there.

Best way, buy a jeep, pull the drain plugs, and hose it out!

or this

If you can't clean it with baby wipes it cannot be cleaned.

Simple Green works well on headliners etc.

Warm water does the trick for most surfaces. Your interior is not scummy dirty (maybe it is, I dunno, then you'd need a cleaner, too.) Vacuum, wipe with warm water, done. If you absolutely feel the need for a protectant, 303 is a good one. I use Invisible Glass on the windows.

303 is great but it takes a skilled hand to apply it rght, unless you want blotches.

I recommend spraying on a towel, wiping, then buffing off with a different towel....

I find that for plastics and such SONAX interior cleaner is both easier and just as good on results.

Steam clean leather after spraying on (or towel application depending on format if cleaner) a leather cleaner then buff...then apply leather conditioner. Pretty much any conditioner will be good

I'm sure it does, until the Simple Green turns the headliner foam to soap and oxidizes the shit out of it. Harsh bases + detergent have their place, but anywhere you want to stay unbleached and alive?

moist rag, micro fiber towel for the dash and leather seats. Windex inside. Vacuum the floor really good. I don't really add any extra leather conditioners or other things. Basically a good vacuum and wipe down. I have a can of Winzer interior cleaner foam for any tough stains or marks.

I used it myself and had zero issue with it doing those things. Give it a try if you have a scuff that won't come out with soap/water. I wouldn't recommend it unless I personally tried it.

I imagine it's okay or even great for the occasional spot clean, I just wouldn't recommend making it a habit. It's, in a chemical sense, fairly harsh, and unlike a dab of bleach or whatnot, the detergents make for a situation where the more active elements would stay on and active in a porous surface unless very well rinsed out.

It would also depend on the headliner - GM's standard foam-n-felt affair from years back isn't worth its weight in straw, and I imagine a few hits of simple green would do some impressive things.

I like the California Dash Duster for dusty surfaces. Shiny.

All day, err day.

It is unrivaled on glass (especially when using newspaper as the rag), and can pretty much clean any surface on the interior.

Outside, it can destroy brake dust and act as a surfactant for your clay bar.

Sprayway is the killer app.
