I checked my work schedule for next week... 9 hours... ALL WEEK! I.. I can't do that. I have bills and have less than $20 in my checking account right now. I'm sitting in class shaking and breathing heavy like an idiot in the corner. I'm so sick and tired of feeling this way. My last one was a few months back.

Can you call and ask for more?

It just pisses me off because i go from 28 one week to 9 the next than 20 after that and so on... Its so random and makes it hard for me

I feel you on that one, bills are a bitch. Time for a new gig. Ever think about Craigslist for some side work? Where are you working?

yeah, you need a more steady job if you got bills and stuff. How is the R holding up for you?

What needs to be kept in mind is that Im only 16 and still a full time high school student. Getting a job in general is near impossible.
Im at Publix supermarkets; one of the best first jobs for teenagers. And usually the hours are stable.. but lately this has been crazy! Going from 28 hours one week to 9 the next....

I barely drive it now. But its ok. Im just scared to drive it. Dropping the price to $2800 today to get it sold in the next two weeks.

yea both ends seems like crap. I know its not easy finding a job at that age, my first was at McDonlads. BTW finding a job at any age isn't easy. have you tried looking anywhere else? dealerships oil change places detailers? When I was 16 I got a job at an aftermarkets shop. I started in installation and moved up to sales when I had surgery. Type up a resume and just start visiting places and talking to shop managers. Its hard the first time but gets easier every time.

Not on my own I still live with mom and dad. Dad is unemployed however and mom makes about $30K a year for our family of four.
I have my cell phone bill, car payments, car insurance, most of the food I buy myself, all my clothes, and anything else I really need. I also try and give a little bit to my parents to help them out.
I dont have really any money which I can go spend on something I want...

Well, that's really good of you. Try to talk to your parents about your money anxiety. Not ask for help, just talk to them about it. Its been really tight for me, and just talking about it to someone close has helped me not feel like the world is ending.

I had this happen to me when I was in college. Unfortunately it happens all the time. I don't personally think employers should be allowed to cut hours that much so quickly. The sad truth is, it made me have to take a different job that I did not enjoy.
Start looking! There's more than you think out there if you just keep asking people for work. I literally harassed all of my past employers to hire me, and it worked out well for me.
Good luck out there!
