This happened to my dad once. He was racing a black mustang in his Porsche 997. They were passing each other for a while, when my dad got bored and pulled ahead. Turns out it was an undercover cop. Oops.

Good thing he has drinks with the town sheriff, otherwise I don't think he would have gotten off with a warning.
