I don't particularly care for Japanese cars, but I think the headlights on these are just lovely.

Nissan was in a huge Euro/US kick in the 60s, a lot of their designs were directly inspired by US cars, those headlights included:

1959 Buick:

I have no idea, but almost all of the unnamed (just numbered, Datsun 14, Datun 15, etc.) Nissans from the 30s all had suicide doors. More on that here:

Nothing seems to match, so its likely to be some obscure other brand. It's not a 30s Toyota A/Chrysler Airflow (Toyota copied the Chrysler design exactly for the 30s and 40s before coming out with their 'own' car) because it's missing the third window.
