Fuel fires at 70 degrees before TDC, induction phase on the cam happens between 21 and 54 minutes before TDC and 69 54 minutes after BDC. The exhaust is between etc. Plug isn't specified in exact numbers - not sure what M and F mean.

You should be able to tell if the cams are in time with a protractor with addition and subtraction, in short, and check your injector and plug, loosely.
