This is why
And
And
Seriously. Ze Germans might have less plastic-y interiors than us, they might be more luxurious, and they might be more "refined" than us. But really where else can you find this kind of realitively cheap horsepower in? Seriously? Hellcat has 707 and starts around $60k. Where else can you find that amount of power for that cheap.
Oh it's good to be free.
Norskracer98-Doesn'tUnderstand is a born and raised American from the North. He, while having a warm spot for Porsche, has an undeniable love for good old American steel. He thinks those Brits are alright too. He also doesn't know why he wrote this third-person bio. Maybe so I wouldn't get inevitably yelled at.

I see 1) a very cool idea with good execution, 2) a bloated version of its previous self, and 3) the ideal mid-life crisis car.
You have convinced me of nothing.

I agree with everything except that the Corvette is just the ultimate midlife crisis car.

I think it's a little different for the current Vette over the C6, but in my neck of the Corvette is the quintessential car for an man who has found himself in a decent enough job, but it losing his hair or turning grey and who is ready to shell out some money on an impractical car that will help them feel young again.
Middle aged men who actually want a sports car in my area get a 911.
That is how southwestern Connecticut do.

Did all of that victory end up in a porcelain bowl after the Vietnam War? Or do we just not talk about that anymore.
(Disclaimer: I'm American. I'm just giving you a hard time)

Sorry what's this "Vietnam War" you speak of?
I know. I was just going along with it. I just prefer American cars to foreign ones unless they're British. My grandfather served in the Nuclear Navy during Vietnam, to kinda go with this.

Less than 2 years old , 16k km (10k miles) and one owner, lost 50% of its value. These things were €55k new here, with the 3.6 engine an no/few options.

The who? We were never involved in Vietnam... Do you mean Korea?
I've been raised in a very German-car-baised family so I definitely have a strong preference for them. The only American cars in out family are a Corvair Turbo, owned by one grandfather, and a Mustang Fastback, which is owned by another grandfather who also served in Vietnam. But even he has an old Benz.

Nice, my grandfather had a 68 GT/CS with the 390 and a 4 on the floor. I've been raised around American cars pretty much my whole life. I appreciate German cars but I'd likely choose and American car unless there was some performance based reason to buy somewhere else. *Looks at Italy*

Less than ten years old , POS 3.5 V6 and 4-speed slushbox, 15k kms, apparently owned by James Brown, €195.000, cost ~€38k when new. Gained about 5x the original value.

Ha! BMW Isetta . 999.999 km, €40k. No idea how much it cost when new, but I'm sure it's gained more then 5x the original value.

Behold, the Moskwitsch 2140 from 1966, or 1987, no one's really sure about that. 66.719 km, €1.199, which is a lot for any soviet built 1938 Opel Kadett, and about 268,73x more than what it was worth when new.
