Post anything, cars or whatever, from 1966. Or anything with a "48" in it. Or whatever the hell you want, I don't care.

Happy Birthday!
My first thought was '66 was a rather weak year for cars surrounded by epic years. But then: '66 Shelby Cobra

it's a crappy picture, but it's all I could find for a racecar from 1968 with the number 48. So here's a Chevelle, happy birthday, man!

How about a 1966 AMC AMX II concept?
And here's a box of Punch London Club for you, too.

I would not like to be 14 again. In fact, I'm very happy to be 48. If I could go back and be 20 again, I wouldn't do it. Not unless I could go back to 20 and take the wisdom of 28 more years with me.
Thanks!

Aw, you remembered! I stopped by the cigar store on the way home, and grabbed a few Punches. The cigar guy gave me shit for not getting a good cigar for my birthday (he doesn't care for Punch), so I grabbed a sungrown Chateau Fuente. I probably won't smoke it til Monday, though, when I can sit and enjoy it.
Thanks!

My cigar guy introduced me to sun grown with an Ashton. He calls it "My favorite cigar in the store for under $5." And he was right. It was wonderful, but it does pack a punch. You need to make sure you don't have to do anything important for 15 minutes after you're done. Didn't I do a Cigarlopnik post about it? I'll have to go look.

Nothing was cool in 1966! you ca- *looks at stock car racing, popularity in motorsports and american design* Okay, ok I retract my statement . I wasn't alive in 1966 but I wish I was able to experience it! The racers used to have to have to have a footrace to their cars!
