Well technically any Springsteen cover is going to be polarizing by nature, but this one seems especially so to anyone I've shown it to. What do you think, Oppo? Does the old school country rocknroll win you over, or does Tim Armstrong's bad karaoke voice ruin the whole shebang?
Seriously though, he doesn't always sing in a dying giraffe's octave.

Are Springsteen covers more or less polarizing for people who don't like Springsteen? Well, I probably won't find out, since Youtube is blocked at work. Phooey.

People who...don't like Springsteen?
That's not a thing

I'm indifferent to Springsteen, unless Springsteen tongue-bathers are around. Then I'm all:
Not saying that you are, but there are people who get... Springsteen-weird.

Oh, you mean the sort of people who thought an Outlaw Pete kids book was a good idea? http://www.amazon.com/Outlaw-Pete-Br…
Yeah I'm with you on that one.
