I've never done a review on the SlowRunner before, so I was wondering if anybody would be interested in one? Plus, it would give me a chance to sharpen up on my writing skills. Thoughts? Here is something that contains all of my wants for your time.

That thing is so pretty. It's essentially a baby 2000GT, because this preceded it.

There is also a red 2000GT for sale on Hemmings.

My three year anniversary with the WRX was back in May. I vacillate between wanting to get rid of it, and conceding there is literally no other car on the market that does everything I want as well as the one I already have. But 150,000 miles on a modded WRX is, to be blunt, fuckin' terrifying. My WRX now has more miles on it than my high school Toyota does.

If you love it that much, just make sure you have a rainy day fund to repair. I know I need one. I am just waiting for the gaskets to pop in my 4Runner, even though they only have like 13k miles on them.

Up to (and including) an engine or transmission exploding, I have the money to cover virtually any repair. That being said, if something that severe happens, I'll probably get rid of it...as weird as it is, a catastrophic failure from a car would feel like a betrayal.
I'm bringing it to my local modded Subaru expert for a 150,000 mile checkup, and will continue to change the oil with synthetic every 4,000 miles or so...hopefully I can keep it at least until I have to do the timing belt a second time.
