Let's hope they take care of the people who bought the original. Saw one in traffic once - fantastic looking.

I saw one a couple of months ago while I was in line at the airshow. Great looking car.

I'm curious to see how this story ends. I first learned they were still breathing because I have a tiny bit of stock in the company they are joining with on some of the technology.

I've got to wonder if Maximum Bob is still a part of the plan.

You might be right - it's one thing to support Saabs and Saturns - there's money in it. First Fisker is probably so low-production that there's no money in holding parts in inventory.
Justin Bieber has one - maybe this will bankrupt him!

Hopefully. And yes, I think they made less than 2500. But the wisest thing to do is to buy one now. It glows of "future valuable desired classic", so those who can afford it should get one while they're still cheap and keep it until it has appreciated quite a bit, as I expect it will.

cars.com says $46,591–$88,759 - I don't think there are different ranges/models, like the Model S. WTF?

They were available in a few different trimlines, but nothing dramatic. I think that would be because owners have no idea what they well for, and just try to guess. That and/or the ones who ask for lower amounts know how much they will sell for now, and the ones who are trying to charge far more are under the false impression that they are already coveted.

I noted that there was an optional "animal free" interior. Were I still a vegan, I might have gone for that. However, an ex-GF wearing a bikini and bearing a cheeseburger, in Dewey Beach, DE, took care of that.
