The three most significant, most-discussed and most headline-grabbing cars of 2013/14, the "hybrid hypercars," have proven extremely hard to gather together. Ferrari have pretty much banned their cars being tested against the stop watch thus why no Ferrari since the 458 has gone round the track but this looks like to good an opportunity to pass up for Top Gear plus they defied Ferrari before with the Enzo test.

My bet is on the P1 considering it is the only one of the three that can pull over 2Gs in a turn that said the GTR proved how important exit traction is so 918 sure has a chance still according to Top Gear mag one of them is 4 seconds faster than the other.

Either way I reckon the Ferrari will be last.

Ha, seriously who should we get to drive the One:1 for Scandinavia that would be entertaining on a grand scale, so we could have the TGUK boys in the P1, Laffer, and 918 plus Jay Leno in the Venom, and someone in the Koenigsegg.

TGUS doesn't need Jay. TG US rules! Only thing I find wrong with it (which is the leading cause of its criticism) is that it feels waaaay too scripted and over produced. Those 3 dudes are really cool guys off camera and have awesome chemistry like TG UK. Individual interviews are always so good. Once behind the camera though, that awesome car guy spirit is completely filtered to produce a TV show unlike TGUK. The UK guys work so well because of their freedom. Even though the show itself is the most fiction thing ever, a lot of people watch it for the presenters. Something the US version has, but is basically censored completely for no logical reason.

Jay has his own style that fits so good with his garage and outlook on cars.

i'm going to use that word Laffer this Sunday. There is a good chance someone will bring a Laffer to the Ferrari festival here and i'm in charge of moving the cars that morning. I may or may not steal it and take it to pick up some tacos by my house :]
