TweetDeck is a web app that lets information wash over you in an overwhelming cascade, organized into nice columns by your search terms. Some are more fruitful than others.
Searching "off-road," for instance, produces a few cool muddin' videos for every hundred posts that look like this:

That, by the way, is a stretch result for "off-road" search.
