Albeit only with !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , but I've never heard this mentioned before. Ever. Or seen one. Ever. Why was I not informed of this? Or am I just painfully oblivious?

You are painfully oblivious. Electric B Class has been around for awhile here.

I can only find them in CA. Are they available elsewhere?

Tesla has been contracted to do some B-class chassis engineering over the past few years. Could be here for that?

Its California only If i recall, and its part of the electric car mandate. Lame.

So...can you even bring one to other states legally?

I don't think there would be a problem registering one elsewhere, but I think they are lease only.

I doubt it. Cars like the Electric B class and the Electric Fiat are only being sold in CA.

Canadians have the gas version of the B-class since last generation.

We reviewed one recently. They're everywhere here in Toronto.

At that price (and limited range), I'd say crack pipe.

Limited release for '14, but I think will be available everywhere later in '15 IIRC. I want to say only 8 states are getting them currently, but could be wrong. My store has a bunch, they're selling well enough I guess.

And yeah, you're painfully oblivious. I've posted about them a couple of times on Oppo, and have seen other posts about them as well.

The drivetrain is currently mostly Tesla, but IIRC will be mostly Mercedes stuff when this chassis gets an update in a couple years, '16 I think. Currently on sale to the public in select states.

Not just California. Mostly just coastal states though. I think only 8 states for the B at the moment. Full release in a year or two.

They can be purchased actually. I remember them touting this at class, talking about how viable they are long term, 10 year drivetrain warranty or something like that I think. And $7500 gov't money blah blah.
