So I responded to an ad for a 1974 Mercedes 190. It didn't have pictures. I asked the guy if he had mistyped the year or model or something because I didn't think that Mercedes made the 190 back then.

He responded that yes they did make a 190E and that he thinks it was the first year they made them. "The vin and title agree," he says. Then he goes on to say, "I have a 1990 model too and they look the same."

This is the picture he sends next.

I'm waiting for his response after I asked him if that was a pic of the 1990. Which obviously it is.

Guy: Yes, that's the 1990 in the front. The 74 is the blue one behind it.

Pictured is a W201, first year for that was '84 I believe. Soooo... Typo? And he's on crack?
