Right now in Canada all remaining 2014 Veloster turbos are $7,000.00 off. It is now starting at $19,749.00 plus taxes and fees. That’s a staggeringly good value for money. If I was needing a car I’d be on my way to the Hyundai dealership now. That’s only $22,642.20 CAD out the door price. You can’t even get a Ford Focus SE for that much

It's essentially saying that they have price adjustments on all the cars and the 7k is the maximum and that is if you buy a Veloster turbo. I wouldn't doubt it for a second that it's legit.
