when I see people at the self serve car wash scrubbing their cars all over with the foaming wheel/tire brush. Do they not know what the high pressure spray gun is for? Or maybe they just love swirl marks. Especially weird when it's a newer or nicer car. I only ever use touchless automatic washes to avoid that very thing.

People be weird.

I use one of those soft rag something automatic every now and then since I have to many chips and dents in my car it's basically a lost cause to be anal about the paint. Plus our local self serve sucks. ...and because rally car.

I actually use the self serve car wash with pressurized water, and use my own scrubbing device. I mean, a broom for your paint? really? no thanks

Hi pressure washers are shit. Will never get the brake dust off. Have to use a brush for that.

Ever heard of the story of a man who took his Lamborghini through an automatic car wash? You know, those ones with with the big spinning tyre brushes. Apparently, the Diablo came out the other side with three spiralling cones of metal sprouting from its wheels.

Agreed. I used it tonight on my wheels. But not on the paint
