I would low ball the shit out of that car. It's probably worth $5-6k with how fucked up the car's modified aesthetically.

The dragon decals, under glow, and Lamborghini doors I'm willing to put aside since some people are into glitzy things like that. However, those wheels are 100% inexcusable! That...trash doesn't belong on any vehicle except for donks and suvs! This S2k needs some lightweight Japanese forged wheels or at least some flashy BBS meshes.
Minus the wheels, this could be one decent show car.
