Bad sounds on start-up hurt my brain. Is this the dreaded "injector nailing" that the old Mercedes guys always warn against? And that white smoke... that ain't right...

I don't know if it's that, or the fact it is running bored out injectors and a bored out pump.

Most definitely, those Europeans and their wrong side driving. I do have to say though, I was impressed by how well he kept the old tank between the lines.
