I could see how it could be a great driving tool but I feel I'd have to see it in person to be convinced that it's a finished product which can actually be a legitimate help in competition.

I think les of a help in competition, more of a help in driver training.

Huds are awesome, but I've always hated Ghost cars in video games. It's fine when they are really far ahead or behind, but when you're close they just get in the way.

I think what could be helpful in competitive driving would be a line showing your previous or fastest lap and a color code to show speed. This way you could see how you need to tackle a corner differently or what not.

Yeah, it's prefer a driving line showing your previous laps instead of a ghost

GT6 has a ghost line option...a line that runs as a ghost but is just a line. That's fine, but I still find it distracting. Watching a reply would be helpful, but actually driving I want to have a clear view of the road.

If it displayed a driving line or recommended gears like GT6 does it would be great for learning a track I think. Then again, I've never driven on a racetrack so I have no idea what would help or not
