Yeah a friend from LA (Louisiana, not stupid Los Angeles) bragged to me she's been paying $2.80 for awhile.

But up here in CORN COUNTRY, the frickin Ethanol has always made the price higher because farmers. It's just nice to see a 2. in the price. Hasn't happened in a while.

Yeah I was all sorts of Ron Paul also when i saw the first 2's. Ron Paul's office is right next to all those refineries down in Clute TX. He probably pays -$5.00 per gallon :] TX and LA (not stupid ass Los Angeles) have all of the refineriezz... but at what cost? I can't even see my city :'(

But... how are you gonna maintain that beautiful system of "alphabet" county roads? Some of the best driving roads to be had in the US (that lead you to a bar every 4 miles with some of the best food to be eaten, read cheese curds and liverwurst sandwiches as my personal favorites), without the taxes from gasoline?

oh yeah, if you find a Kroger Gas station you can use up to 1000 in one shot which = $1.00 off per gallon!

I think i've made it to 50 or 60 cents.

I hit one after my son's daycare on the way to work.

The 50 or 60 (i really can't remember which) was because we were going on a camping trip so we intentionally held off using points for 3 weeks and bought all the camping food at kroger. then filled up the Commander for a long ride. I had that Commander almost completely dry in the tank it was so low on fuel when i pulled it.
