There's anti-lag, and then there's that... In that case, the anti-lag refers to how quickly a cop would destroy you for driving that on a public road...

Its fine for the engine, terrible for the turbo. But you don't need antilag to have fun with a turbo. All you need is a screamer pipe. That wooshing sound. Only get dat with da turbo!
