Remember that personal stuff I was gonna post, but didn't? Well, I managed to sort it out in a timely enough manner so that it didn't become someone else's problem, and nobody died while I was at it, not even me. Feels pretty good man! Of course there's still some work to be done to prevent it from happening again, but at least for now

It was still pretty awesome though, made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside at the end because I was waiting for some pretty bad shit to happen, but everybody lived.

So, you're telling me sociopaths can't get guns in other country's hospitals? That's incredible! But yeah, I don't think this stuff would've happened anywhere but here and in a handful of other similar places...

Well you could get one in a hospital but there are usually cops in Hospitals here making it hard to do stuff. But South/Central America maybe some other Developing/Semi Developed nations could this also occur.

Huh, just to be clear, I'm not the armed socipath, just had to deal with one :p
But yeah, security at our hospital is so bad, you could just stroll into the surgery block without ever identifying/brushing yourself/changing into the appropriate clothing. That's how bad it is...

yeah, that's one BIG difference between Brazil and the US/Canada. There are some other things that are probably better here than there but at least you're safe!

Yup, at least that, plus all the nurses and residents he threatened to kill, but didn't. It's actually inconceivable how things got to that when I think abnout it, but they did...

Nope, can't say it was. Took three weeks to get the guy arrested, now we're left with looking for a way to legally prevent him from returning to the hospital, since he won't stay in jail for long anyways.
