Yesterday while I was waiting for the van to warm up to check the ATF level, I noticed something; if you stand in certain places by the van, it sounds like a V8 idling. It's weird to say the least. I guess it's that V8 origin showing.

So tomorrow my front tires are getting flipped around finally, and we're gonna try to get my exhaust to stop rattling. There's something in the muffler that rattles every once in a while and it's really annoying.

Have a Cadillac for reading my Safari-related ramblings.

Are you also going to check to see what was leaking? I saw your post from the other day.

Most likely. I know it's the rear seal on the transmission though.

Damn, just be careful throwing good money into a money pit. Our Safari became a money pit and it was best to just get rid of it, it was just problem after problem. I'll pray that yours spontaneously combusts (with you far away from it) to rid you and your family from its burden.

After that it should be fine for a while. We've fixed everything else that needed fix now. Minus the A/C of course. Which hasn't worked for as long as I can remember.
