Why. Just *WHY*. This isn't a dealer thing because it appears people all over the country have seen these things.
Notably, this is the first LeSabre I've seen that has an HUD installed.

Buick was a major sponsor of the PGA Tour for years, and Tiger Woods was actually their spokesman for a while.
I believe Buick replaced Lincoln as the PGA's automotive sponsor, and Lincoln had primarily used Jack Nicklaus.

If I'm remembering right, it's an incredibly integrated system. Entire upper dash, wiring harness to the gauge cluster, an an enormous trim piece in the lower dash where the control panel for it goes.

Given that this is the first LeSabre (or Park Avenue, or Pontiac, or Seville, all of which had the HUD as an option) I've ever seen that actually has the HUD installed, so I doubt it would be easy to find one.
Maybe they're on ebay...
