Man, i feel terrible, i feel ripped off. I bought GT6 2 days ago and, for starters, it took over 3 hours to install and download all its updates. Then, as i started the game, i was VERY disappointed with the driving physics. Amongst many flaws, how can a 2013 GT500 not do wheelspin in second gear at WOT. Graphics weren't good too. I was already aware of the horrrrible engine sounds, but i thought it couldn't be that bad.... It was..... Everything just felt so recycled from GT5.
I hope i can get my cash back, and i'll keep to my xbox 360 mighty Fourza motorsports.

No wheel spin? Did you turn all the aids off? The game tries very hard to hold your hand by default.

Trust me, I made sure Everything was off, im 100% sure, i tried everything to make the thing real. The car was in Sports hard tires.

That's unusual. Spinning tires in just about everything comes pretty easily with TCS completely off for me.

I know that feel, I bought it on launch day and after 10 hours of enjoying it I started to notice the flaws more and more. Now I barely touch it. I miss having a 360 to play forza on...

GT has never been good as a simulator. Try iRacing if you want something closer to reality. Graphics are a bit old school, but the physics, car set ups, and racing are brilliant. The safety rating system to keep that noob who's allergic to the brakes in T1 from taking out the field really works well once you get out of the rookie classes.

Okay, so I'm about to break down and buy an Xbox live membership. Is the online Fourza play still active enough to bother? That's pretty much the only thing I have found that I really enjoy on the 360.

Totally agree man. I bought it and it took less than an hour for full disappointment to kick in. All those recycled models with no cockpit view - what the fuck? It's 2014, and you shouldn't be able to get away with throwing a bunch of 7 year old models into what's supposed to be the ultimate driving simulator. The damage system just made the cars look even worse, and I hate how you cant swing the camera around the car while playing. I'm on the verge of buying a 360 and forza just to get the bad taste out of my mouth.

I havent played online in like 8 months. I play splitscreen with my brother. The only negative thing about that is that there are only 2 AI Slots that can race with you.

Ive heard about it but i dont have a good PC to run a game like that. Im pleased with Forza 4. I just wish i could have Forza 5.

They do spin on first gear at a stop. The thing im saying is that a GT500 should do wheelspin on next gears if you go full throttle.

yeah for me it was about 30 minutes. It must be because i already have the Forza experience.
I must say i was really really impressed with it. I never went back to play GT5.

You don't need that good of a PC. The graphics aren't that intensive. Really, the wheel/pedal combination makes a bigger difference.

There's still a few people playing but now lobbies have like a max of four or five people in them. On the plus side, all the trolls moved to Five so you only get people who actually want to race. I also feel obligated to plug our Fourza series which is still very active and will have another series coming up after Christmas with a different car class.
