4 of us took a very similar van from Ohio to Yellowstone in 1998. The guy who owned it was a mechanic, and knew every sound that thing made. At one point we were cruising along, and he suddenly mumbled, "that's not right...", then opened the engine cover while driving to adjust something....then latched it back down and went on like nothing happened. I was so shocked I forgot to ask what it was he did.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the hump. Not that easy to get off in this one, we had a fancy cupholder on top that had to be unscrewed to get the hump open.
