Love them. Especially the hood ornament. Would totally drive one over a blazer or bronco.

MEMEMEMEMEME!!!!

I couldn't find a decent one so my first car was a '95 Bronco Eddie Bauer (5.8!) instead.

haha smartass. I actually like that grille alot more. And I think all the plymouths were early enough to have the removable tops too

It was stock except a 2 inch body lift. I out the biggest BFG M/T KM2s i could on it and went dune hopping at Island Beach State Park.

In fact, I'd guess that picture was taken not awfully far away from you. I think the nearest town is named Kezar Falls.

Yeah, they had the full length removable top (I think '78 did away with no full length convertibles unless they had a roll bar)

haha I know it well. almost bought a house there on an island. A very small, weird island in the middle of town with a DRAW BRIDGE but the house needed way too much work to be 4 seasons. COOL!

Maybe my favorite front end, but I'd also love a Trailduster, if only because there's so many less. On second thought, I might feel bad about beating a Trailduster.

Yup. They used export Caravan/Durango tail lights as well. Dodge loves parts sharing.

Fuel bills broke me. I got it right at the start of the "$4 per gallon" years, and sold it to a guy in clifton who had an '86 when it was new, and was going into his midlife crisis. Made $1000 on it, even with all the repairs and tires.

That is exactly why I sold the 8 MPG combined 73 QuadraTrac Wagoneer. Screw all that gas cost. Just to start it up cost 5 bucks.

All I remember is that I'd burn an average of 32 gallons per week driving around 100 miles.

I've had two, an 85 and a 78. Loved them both. Still know who has my 78' and one day I want it back. My wife always said it was bringing down our property value, but it was an awesome truck.

This was mine.

Ooh!!! Ooh!!! Me! I do!

I've always loved Ramchargers, since I was a little child. I'd still love to own one.

Except for the slammed truck. No sir, I don't like that one. I could pretend to like it, though...for...you know...reasons...

One of my favorite vehicles.

Kinja'd!!!

Paid I think $600 for mine. Had it maybe a little over a year. I didn't know enough about vehicles at the time to ever consider that it might no longer be attached to the frame. Still looking for a good one.

Kinja'd!!!

Kept the hood ornament.

I do! First car was a '78 SE 4x4 two-tone Bronze over Tan, bucket seats and center console, fully optioned including CB radio! Inherited from my old man - used to love everything but the gas bill.

haha my diesel land cruiser was the same. Totally detached in the back. Going over a bump you could hear the body slam against the frame!
