Cuatro puertas = Four doors in Spanish. Close enough. I always laugh at how Italian companies make all these words sound so cool and classy but their translations are pretty basic things that would sound lame in other languages.

Hebrew is like that too. There is an idiom in hebrew that equates in english to "I dont know what Im thinking" but literally translated, it means "I have no head" Foreign languages can be weird
