Update 2 after return the car: 215 miles for 14.4 gallon. 14.9 mpg for city/highway/mountain road. Closing argument in two days.

Update for pics. Hopefully don't get kinja'ed.

Miata is always the answer.

Kinja'd!!!

Dat Angular line.

Kinja'd!!!

How many Miata are you?

Kinja'd!!!

The rear is so big that this is the first car I dont need to adjust passenger front seat to put the car seat in.

Kinja'd!!!

She is powerful, pretty big inside. Nudge me when I get close to lane lines, and freakout when I floor it on the ramp when there are cars ahead of me. Lather dash and heated wheel. Keyless access and start button ...etc. All your fancy people stuff.

Let me know what I can do for ya curious kids. Rental car so regular caution apply. My plan is shopping mall today and mountain tomorrow. Picture later.

Would you rather have this or a BMW 5 series?

I have another day of seat time, and it's in the mountain where i care more about driving. I will get to a couple things that (in my subjective view) that CTS is better. Such as lane changing warning, interior romminess, trunk space. But the tranny isn't impressive so far (I did mostly drive in touring mode today), and I don't like how it was floaty. Granted this is not CTS-V, which is probably on par of BMW 550. But I would at least expect a comp with 535 instead of 528. More to come.
