If I were to sell prints of my shoops, how much would they cost to make?

What if I only want to do it for a limited time only to help raise money for my project?

Doing it yourself would be a quicker way to get paid (each of the online alternatives will clear earnings after a month) but you've got to do the legwork yourself. To get a quality print will from a print shop will probably cost at least $5-10 for a reasonable size and then you have to do the shipping yourself as well.

In the end I think the online merchandisers can probably do it cheaper altogether as they're better set up for the purpose but if you need it in a shorter term you might have to put in the time yourself. In this case, printing in small batches will probably be the most time and cost effective.
